Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Nyrion ("the Service"), an AI-assisted coding interview practice platform operated at nyrion.ai. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
Nyrion lets you practice multi-stage coding problems with the help of an AI assistant. We curate problems intended to mirror the format used in interviews at companies that offer AI-enabled coding rounds. The Service is provided as-is and we may add, change, or remove problems and features over time.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
- One person per account. Don't share login credentials.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to break, probe, or overload the Service. This includes using the code execution sandbox to mine cryptocurrency, attack other systems, or run anything unrelated to interview practice.
- Use the AI assistant to generate content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, or that violates the usage policies of the underlying AI providers.
- Scrape problem content programmatically or attempt to extract hidden test files. The catalog is curated and you are welcome to use it for personal interview preparation.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to the Service or its content.
- Impersonate others or create accounts under false identity.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. For severe abuse we may take action without prior notice.
Intellectual property
- Your code is yours. Code you write in the editor and submit for evaluation belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of it. You grant us a limited license to store, execute, and process it solely to provide the Service.
- Problem content is ours. Problem statements, test files, starter code, and stage descriptions are our intellectual property. You may use them for personal interview practice but not redistribute or republish them.
- Trademarks. "Nyrion" and any logos are ours. Names of third-party companies (Meta, Shopify, LinkedIn, Anthropic, etc.) referenced in the catalog are their respective trademarks. Nyrion is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of these companies.
AI-generated content
The AI assistant may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading output. Treat its suggestions as starting points, not authoritative answers. We are not responsible for outcomes (interview results, code correctness, etc.) that depend on AI output.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will help you pass any specific interview.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at fifty US dollars (USD 50). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost interview offers, lost wages, or lost opportunities.
Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account, email support@nyrion.ai as described in the Privacy Policy. We may terminate accounts for violations of these terms or for prolonged inactivity.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will email registered users and update the "Last updated" date before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
